The position of a service business is not meeting but exceeding the expectations of the client, I found that LexiTranscribe met and exceeded all of these requirements during the pandemic. Being new to the virtual environment and a practising barrister meant overcoming numerous gaps, from doing legal research to attending virtual court sessions, having my virtual assistant meant bridging all of these gaps with ease.
